Emergency Preparation

Everyone needs a backup plan because emergencies happen when you least expect them.  Do you have a plan in place to keep your business running in case of an extended power outage?  Do you backup your computer and websites regularly and store the files off-site in case of fire?   Do you have a current home inventory or recent photos of your pets, jewelry and antiques?   How quickly could you stop charges from happening on your credit cards if you had your wallet stolen and do you even know what’s in your wallet?  Do you know the number one item you should always have on hand in case of an emergency or disaster?

Having a plan doesn’t have to be complicated but without one you could be facing hours, days, weeks or even months trying to get your information or your life back in order.
